“I’ve just discovered Chris Browne’s new blog. It’s crammed with good stuff—stories of his life, terrific paintings of commonplace objects and new cartoons. It shows other sides of Chris than his Hagar the Horrible work.”—senior editor, Sarasota Magazine, Robert Plunket.

Who Ray
It's my own invention. It's non-lethal, but it reveals the inner self of whoever you zap.
I just stumbled upon your blog and I am enjoying these paintings! This ray gun one has so much color!
I've been reading Hagar strips in the newspapers for as long as I can remember. Did you already move up to Sioux Falls? That is where I was born! I live further north now (closer to Fargo), but it's neat to know a famous cartoonist is living right down I-29. ;-)
Cartoons and comics are my two passions, and I'm *TRYING* to make a living out of it... you're a real inspiration. I gotta start posting more artwork on my blogger myself!
I look forward to checking out the rest of your stuff on here.
